Idioms Spinebash
According to Oxford Languages, idioms or idiomatic expressions are a group of words established by usage as having a meaning not deducible from those of the individual words.
Mostly used in Australia, to spinebash means to rest, to relax, to take things easy, to loaf! It comes from the combination of the words "spine", which refers to the spinal or vertebral column, and "bash", which is a verb used to say something has been hit with a high intensity.
