Idioms On the same page
To be "on the same page" as someone means to agree with them on something. This idiom originated around the 1970's, and some believe it comes from members of a choir having to be all singing from the same page. Others believe it comes from the idea that people working together in meetings, classes or seminars should be following the same page. The official origin is unknown.
